I am a Director of Cultural Arts, passionate about Jewish education through art and culture. Being born in Russia, where Jewish identity was problematic as well as keeping the traditions alive, I like the challenge of making connections to people's past and to become the next link in the chain of Jewish tradition ensuring Jewish continuity into the future.

Employed by the JCC of SI since October 1990, I have held many positions including Membership Director and Adult Program Director. As Development Director, I am responsible for over $14 million in grant funding. This includes securing as well as overseeing the usage of these grant funds. I am a member of the Executive Cabinet which enables me to work closely with fellow executive staff as we review the needs of our community and seek funding to create and administer essential services and programs into place.
