The Spark Fellowship 2026 cohort will bring together a highly selective group of ambitious undergraduate students from leading colleges and universities for an immersive, fully funded leadership journey. Over 6 weeks in a hybrid format, fellows will gain industry exposure, leadership training, mentorship, and real-world execution experience designed to build clarity, confidence, and futurereadiness. Spark is built to help students move from confusion to conviction — by combining inner resilience, innovation, and industry exposure into one coherent experience.
