COMPLETE AN APPLICATION

Synagogues and organizations will participate in the SPARK Fellowship in teams of 4-6 members. Teams must identify a team leader, who is responsible for convening the team, liaising with the SPARK faculty, and motivating forward movement of their team for the duration of the program. In addition to the team leader, teams will consist of an additional 3-5 team members. Both team leaders and team members complete applications. (Find out who to include on your team by reading our FAQs!)

Submissions of 1) the team leader's application, and 2) each team member's short application must be submitted by October 26, 2018 at 5PM EST to be considered complete. As such, we recommend you convene a team and start applications as soon as possible.

Please direct any questions to Adele Anderson, SPARK Program Coordinator, at info@sparkfellowship.org.
